Voluntary Dissolution

  1. When your club has decided to voluntarily dissolve, the following steps must be taken:
    • Send formal letter to the Guild indicating the intent to dissolve the club and the date it becomes effective. This must be signed by current executive team and any other affiliated bodies to the Club;
    • Reconcile any outstanding payments for the club;
    • Return club assets back to the Guild;
    • Deactivate any social media accounts or website associated with the club;
  2. The Clubs and Societies team will then formally disaffiliate the club at the
    next Clubs & Societies Committee meeting
